I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Milan Linate for a week, and I had a fantastic experience. The housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed spending time on the pretty terrace on the ground floor. In terms of dining, I highly recommend trying their delicious pasta and Tiramisu. Additionally, the quick action taken by the reception staff when I left my hard disk behind after checking out was greatly appreciated. The free shuttle service to the metro and airport, available every 30 minutes, was also a convenient bonus.

This hotel gave me a memorable weekend experience. The large executive suite was perfect for my family of four with two spacious rooms and two bathrooms. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the comfortable beds, pillows, and warm blankets. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious, and the free parking area was convenient. The nearby grocery store was also a big plus.

There were some things that could have been improved. The bath was old and not very clean, and taking a shower caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.
