I recently stayed at Volkshaus for a few nights and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect with multiple tram stops nearby. The room was stylish, spotlessly clean, and had a cozy and warm atmosphere. I loved the complimentary coffee and drinks available on each floor. The sparkling water and apples provided were a pleasant surprise. Volkshaus exceeded my expectations in terms of design, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

We had a splendid one-night stay at this hotel during our short vacation. The location is fantastic, with multiple tram stops right outside and many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the male receptionist who was exceptional. The rooms were stylish, spotlessly clean, and very cozy. We loved the idea of having two duvets on the bed, and the room was always warm when we returned, even in freezing weather. We also appreciated the unique touch of a tea/coffee bar on every floor. we felt welcomed, safe, and well-cared for during our stay.

During Christmas, my partner and I stayed in a hotel and we had a few lovely experiences. the hotel room was well equipped and comfortable. it was located not too far from several interesting places which we visited. the hotel had a good selection of breakfast that we enjoyed.

There were also negative experiences during our stay. The hotel was quite expensive, and we felt that the price did not match the quality of service offered.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to trams and within walking distance of all the attractions. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful riverside. The rooms are stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The staff provide excellent service, assisting with late check-ins and organizing airport transfers. Guests can start their day with a lovely breakfast served in a gorgeous brasserie. The hotel also offers convenient facilities, such as a drinks station on every floor.

While the hotel offers a great experience overall, some guests mentioned that certain room facilities were more focused on design than function, such as sinks that couldn't close properly.

My one-night stay at Volkshaus was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's impressive design and comfortable amenities made for a truly enjoyable experience.
