I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Old Naples for a few days. The staff, Federica and Rosanna, were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spacious, with unique features like a staircase, and had everything I needed. The hotel itself had a beautiful interior and the housekeeping was impeccable. It was conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions like Santa Chiara and the University, as well as great restaurants and the archaeological museum. The breakfast served in the 15th-century ballroom was a delightful start to the day, with delicious croissants and live piano music. The hotel also had a stunning roof garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. my experience at this hotel was incredible and I highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The rooms were cool and spacious. It's right in the historic part of Naples, where there are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming hotel in Naples. The room with a balcony was perfect, and the staff at the hotel provided excellent room service. The central AC worked exceptionally well, and any requests we had were quickly attended to. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to many of the nearby attractions. The breakfast room was simply breathtaking, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The beds were comfortable, and the room for three people was spacious. The cappuccino served at the hotel was the best we had during our entire stay in Italy. the staff was helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Unexpected CHARM! Within walking distance of so many great sites, shopping, and restaurants!

Irene at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Thanks to her, we discovered the Underground City tour, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The staff, including the dining team, were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel may have had some small rooms and dim lighting, but it didn't hinder our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, excellent location, and helpful staff.

Despite some setbacks, we had a good time during our Xmas vacation. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and wifi, which were both helpful during our stay. The hotel's prime location near local attractions and restaurants was also a big plus for us. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of our room, which made for a nice retreat from the bustling city streets.

There were a few things that detracted from our overall experience. The room was on the small side, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

A delightful surprise awaited me at Decumani Hotel De Charme. The breakfast hall and outside deck were hidden gems that I stumbled upon during my stay. The young lady serving that morning was excellent, adding to the overall experience.

Staying here was a great experience, as I was in the heart of the city with all of Naples at my fingertips. The room service and housekeeping were extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable and at home. The amenities were top-notch, including the 24-hour room service, bell staff, and shuttle service. The in-room facilities were fantastic, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I had a fantastic time here.

Great location in city centre old town, close to restaurants and attractions. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices and a beautiful breakfast room. Shared terrace/balcony with a nice view of the rear courtyard. Easy walking distance to the port bus station and other parts of Naples.
