The staff were always courteous and helpful, anticipating my requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, even the bathroom extractor fan was spotless. The hotel's location in a business district meant it was safe at night, and it was close to the metro station, allowing for easy access to the city center and the famous Colosseum. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of freshly made beverages, croissants, savory items.
