We had a wonderful stay at the H2Otel! The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the canal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even holding our backpacks before check-in. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the city center and nearby attractions. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel had AC, which was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Rotterdam.

We had a unique and cozy experience staying on a boat-hotel in a city center location. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complementary drinks voucher and tasty breakfast. the good food options and transportation nearby made exploring the city easy.

The soundproofing was not great, so noise from outside or other guests could be heard. the stairs to the boat entrance were quite steep and difficult with luggage.

The location of this hotel was great, very convenient for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to many attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for things to do and arranging taxis for us.

Our room was not up to par. the cleanliness was questionable, with dirty sheets and blood stains on the mattress.

We had a room above deck with a little terrace overlooking the canal. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and clean. Close to train station and great restaurants along the canal. The lady at breakfast was lovely. Great central location and indoor parking nearby. Upgraded to an upper deck room for just €15. Girls on reception were exceptionally nice and helpful. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel's floating bar. Would definitely stay at H2Otel again.

As a couple, we loved the unique experience of sleeping on the water in a floating house boat hotel. The staff at the H2Otel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and terrace that offered views of the water and the city. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Rotterdam's city center on foot. Additionally, the proximity to the Train Station 'Blaak' and the water taxi hub made transportation convenient. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is a nice change from your usual hotel experience. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city center, on the river. Despite being centrally situated, the hotel is not too busy or loud. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are cozy and clean, with up-to-date equipment. One highlight is the little terrace attached to some of the rooms, offering a beautiful view of the water. The breakfast, although not included, offered enough options to satisfy different tastes and preferences.

The parking situation is a bit pricy, and the lighting in the room is a bit dim.
