the location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini. the staff, especially Rabi, were incredibly polite and accommodating. Rabi went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, giving us great recommendations and even opening the breakfast room earlier for us. Our superior double room was spacious and clean, with a big comfortable bed and a decent size bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the wifi was free and the reception was open 24/7.

The location was very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station. the staff were nice and helpful, giving us a few suggestions on what to do and where to go. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the lobby, which was not so bad.

There were no utensils either and only cereal was left. the room was old, dusty and had a terrible smell.

We especially enjoyed the small inner yard, which was perfect for relaxing and smoking. the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to everything we needed, even for our young kids. the breakfast, although a typical "Italian breakfast," was satisfactory. the front desk staff was very accommodating when we had issues with showing our passports as new travelers to Europe. it was a great place to stay.
