This lovely boutique B&B offers beautiful accommodation with super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a park & ride facility, making it easy to access the town centre and other attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the little extras, such as a mini fridge with fresh milk and water, and lavender sachets in the rooms.

The only small gripe is that some rooms do not have enough storage space for clothes.

I got great value for my money at Grays Boutique B&B. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and stylish French country decor. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center, allowing me to escape the hustle and bustle. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent recommendations for dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grays Boutique B&B and it was absolutely lovely. The cleanliness of the entire place really impressed me, it was probably the most clean accommodation I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The decoration throughout the building was beautiful, creating a homely yet classy atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of the city and just a short drive away from the center of Bath. I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Although the property was wonderful, there were a few drawbacks. Additionally, the breakfast service had a long wait and the continental selection was quite small.

We loved our stay at Grays, worth every penny! Our room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like robes and slippers. The location was convenient, just a brisk walk downhill to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We were happy with the beautiful decoration of the place, felt really comfortable like home. On New Year's Day we were surprised with complimentary muffins and sparkling wine, a nice touch that made us feel special. the location is very convenient, close to the main attractions and restaurants. Apart from the muffins, we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The room was too small for two people to move around comfortably, and the bed was not as comfortable as expected. the room was a bit stuffy and we could not adjust the temperature.

From the moment we stepped inside, this hotel exuded luxury. It was evident in the exclusive amenities provided in the room like plush robes and slippers. the garden area provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere where we could laze around while enjoying the lush greenery. Continental breakfast was absolutely delicious and served with warm hospitality. the private facilities made us feel pampered and catered to.

Whilst the room advantages were enormous, there a minor issue for us. the mattress could have been more comfortable as it led to a somewhat restless night's sleep.
