I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens with breathtaking views of the nearby ancient ruins. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing me with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff available to assist with any requests, making me feel truly pampered. The hotel also had a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

Wifi was practically useless.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful and informative. We were given a room with a lovely view of the surrounding area and even received a later check-out time. The swimming pool was a highlight and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. the pool was amazing, we spent hours in it enjoying the sun and the wonderful surroundings. the food was delicious and the breakfast was very good. the hotel is in a perfect location, close to museums and other attractions which made it very convenient for us. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the clean facilities.

Parking was an issue as it wasn't made clear where we could park and we ended up parking on the opposite side of the road. the hotel could use some renovation work as it is showing some signs of wear and tear.

We had a fantastic time at Della Valle. the location was great and the man at the reception was incredibly efficient. the garden was beautiful and provided a peaceful setting to relax by the pool. the bar manager made amazing cocktails and the food at the bar was delicious. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast options were plentiful, especially for those who have a sweet tooth. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests and treated us with respect and a smile. We even had a private tour of the temples arranged, with a friendly and knowledgeable guide.

Great value for money, the room was comfortable and had a lovely view over the garden. The location was perfect for visiting the Valley of the Temples. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of vegetarian options.
