The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We loved the roaring fires in the small lounges, perfect for relaxing and playing board games. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the menu was extensive, with something for everyone. As a chef and foodie, I was pleased to see that they made their own breads and jams. Our room, the master Superking, was spacious with beautiful views of the river. The modern and spacious bathroom was also a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the Scottish Highlands. The location of this place is simply magical. Nestled in a forest with stunning walks, it gave us a true feeling of being connected with nature. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with everyone being incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room amenities were excellent, with comfortable beds, heating, and all the necessary toiletries provided. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was exceptional, with a delicious breakfast that had a great selection, including amazing black pudding and homemade sausages. this place offered us a luxurious and comfortable stay with a touch of nature and exceptional service.

This charming coaching inn is situated on the banks of a river and has beautiful views. the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. the breakfasts are a standout, excellent fresh fish and eggs. the proprietors are friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

The price per night is too expensive for the size of the rooms and the food offered at dinner is overpriced and underwhelming. the Wi-Fi is slow and patchy.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and humorous staff, the beautiful forest surroundings with a wild Scottish river, and the super walks. The tastefully decorated rooms and elegant yet contemporary vibe of the hotel added to our enjoyment. The restaurant served great food and whiskey at fair prices.

We were able to easily access various tourist attractions and go on scenic drives. Another great aspect was the friendly and welcoming staff. They made us feel comfortable and were always helpful with our questions and requests. Lastly, we loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the warm fires and comfortable seating areas provided a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a few negative aspects that we couldn't overlook. the room we stayed in was quite small and cramped.

The hotel was in a convenient location for my business trip, with easy access to the main road. the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the hotel's brasserie served delicious food, and the breakfast options offered a good variety to start the day.

I wish there had been a wider selection of beers in the bar, including some local craft options. the insulation in the room could have been better, as it felt quite cold even with the heaters turned up to maximum.

Even during a power outage, the staff managed to offer hot drinks and alternative breakfast options, eventually serving a delicious Scottish breakfast when the power came back on. Top-notch service and comfort. Perfect spot for sightseeing in the area.

Although it was an unusually hot day for October, it would have been nice if the log fire had been on in the lounge. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the main road resulted in constant noise from passing cars.
