The hotel exceeded my expectations with its great value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, only a 20-minute walk from the city center, was perfect. Situated in a very quiet area, it allowed for a peaceful stay while still being right in the center of Florence. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were equipped with modern amenities, including a very sophisticated shower. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay at a hotel with great amenities. the breakfast buffet was simple but good. the staff was very friendly and offered helpful tips for touring the city. the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop which made it easy to travel around the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with all necessary toiletries. the minibar was also a welcome touch.

The location of the hotel was a bit noisy due to the heavy traffic passing by constantly. the street noise could be heard even with the window shut and the shutters closed.

Lovely experience - very friendly, helpful, and clean!

During my recent stay at Diana Park Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality and cleanliness. The room I stayed in, located off the foyer near the entrance, was remarkably quiet and private. It was spacious enough for two people and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a minibar, internet facilities, a desk, a large wardrobe, and a TV. The bathroom was modern, fully stocked, and impeccably clean.

loved my long-term stay at diana park! staff was super friendly, spoke great english, and even reserved a cab for my early morning airport ride. the neighborhood was nice and off the beaten path, comfy bed, and beautiful decor. overall, exceeded my expectations!
