The location of this hotel is fantastic, being in the heart of the city and so close to the colosseum. Everything in this city is easily accessible by foot, allowing us to explore with ease. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were modern and top-notch. The staff was friendly and always responsive to our needs.

This hotel is perfectly located in central Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum and other attractions. The subway and old town are also conveniently close by. The rooms are modern and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. The service is outstanding, with the manager checking in daily and the housekeeper being very helpful. The view of the Forum from the balconies is breathtaking.

There is a lack of visible signage on the exterior of the building, which can be confusing and intimidating upon arrival.

The elevator in the building is quite small and can only fit one person or two suitcases at a time, which may be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

Had a corner room with 2 balconies and a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. The view of the forum and Palatine hill from the room was stunning. Convenient location near the Colosseum, Cavour metro station, and bus lines. Fabrizio, the host, was very helpful and kept in touch through WhatsApp. a fantastic stay in a central location with great amenities and helpful staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house in the heart of Rome. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculate. Fabrizio, the host, was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip more enjoyable. He provided us with great recommendations for local places to visit, including an excellent wine bar called Astemio. The view from our room and balcony overlooking the forum was simply spectacular. I would definitely return to this gem of a guest house.
