The hotel had an amazing view from its top floor and unique, beautiful room decorations. the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Complimentary breakfast and fabulous wine offerings were top-notch. Location was great, with easy access to taxi rides.

The hotel was too far away from the main tourist attractions, which meant that taxi rides added up quickly. the food prices were also quite expensive.

We encountered only a minor issue that we noticed didn't coincide with the five, star mark, which was easily outweighed by the exceptional facilities and services. the back massage service was not amenable and could have been better organized.

Our stay at Monastero Dei Santi was unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. We had a late arrival due to an unexpected delay, but Giovanni greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our heavy suitcases. The room was absolutely wonderful with a breathtaking view over Eastern Rome. The furnishings were of high quality and the choice of three showers was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts served in our room, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Despite the minor inconvenience of having to use WhatsApp for communication, it was easily manageable with our smartphone. We felt safe and relaxed in the tranquil surroundings of the hotel. I highly recommend Monastero Dei Santi for an exceptional stay in Rome.
