Mind-blowing service! Staff organized a 4am airport transfer and acted as our shuttle service. Amazing spa facilities with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. Dominique recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. Breakfast had a variety of options. Brilliant central location, close to the Cruise Terminal and Main Street. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Outdoor areas were a bonus. Will definitely return next time in the city. Thks so much - loved our stay!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city centre and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is also conveniently located near the harbour, perfect for those planning to take a ferry from Albania. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings and a well-stocked bathroom. The staff provides exceptional service, offering free airport pickup and a friendly greeting even late at night. The hotel also offers facilities such as a spa and a terrace, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options, such as eggs, to choose from.

Enjoyed cycling around, but the highlight was definitely the garden. Such a rare sight in Italy! Free WiFi and a TV in the common area were a bonus.

Ah, the beds were a bit too low for my liking. But hey, it's Italy, what can you expect?

The hotel manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even provided airport transportation, which was a huge convenience. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to both the town and the train station. the rooms were clean and well-presented, and I especially loved the walk-in wardrobe section.

Carrying heavy suitcases up the steep stairs at the entrance of the hotel could be challenging. However, once inside, there is an elevator available.

Wonderful staff, helped me with hiking, massage and jacuzzi pool. Can't recommend enough! Very friendly, nice cappuccino, typical Italian breakfast. My room was clean and silent.

Milky poster on window, had to open big window to see street. Room had no natural light, fancy shower but not plumbed in, average breakfast, water shortage.
