The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' stroll to the major attractions, providing easy access to the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was inadequate, leaving the room too warm. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited choices and some items served unappetizingly.

during my stay, I found it incredibly easy to explore the breathtaking Basilica di San Marco just a 5-minute walk away and enjoyed a lovely stroll along the nearby Ponte di Rialto, soaking in the beauty of Venice's canals.

i really wanted to love this place, but it fell short. the shower setup was a disaster—no holder for the head, just so charming. and to top it off, where’s my complimentary welcome gift? i almost gave this a good review, but how could i when the lift was broken and luggage was a workout? ridiculous.
