Great location, helpful cleaning staff, black-out curtains, spacious room, nice breakfast.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with multiple bathrooms and TVs. The full kitchen was a great addition. The location was excellent, with nearby parks and downtown area within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, arranging transportation to the airport and providing useful information.

Couldn't stay longer.

Clean rooms, spacious penthouse, friendly service, convenient location, perfect for families. Two bathrooms and three TVs were a plus. Great option for a summer getaway.

The hotel was close to a large City Park where we walked and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The location was great, being close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing transportation assistance and arranging early airport transfers. The room was clean and spacious, with blackout curtains ensuring a peaceful sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Boise! The location was fantastic, being so close to the park and downtown area. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you could ask for, including a fireplace. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a great variety, including the option for hot waffles. It was a great value for the price.

Great place for a romantic escape. We enjoyed the privacy and separation in the penthouse suite. the evening reception with appetizers and breakfast with a variety of options were amazing. the hotel's condo-like setup and outdoor pool and barbecue area added to the charm. the location near the university and downtown was convenient for exploring the city.

Some lights were not working in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. the structure of the hotel, with separate buildings for rooms, made it a bit confusing and the stairs were a bit difficult to navigate.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival hassle-free. The 3 mile radius shuttle service also allowed us to easily explore the area around the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the mini store on site came in handy for snacks and drinks. The full buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and a great shower. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with two fabulous restaurants just a 3 minute walk away. we had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring downtown Boise. With Trader Joe’s next door and a variety of dining options and a movie theater just a-crossed the street, there's plenty to do. The rooms are spacious and the full kitchen is a great convenience. The hotel is nicely decorated and inviting, making it a great choice for university visits.

We booked a staycation for my daughter's 8th birthday and Residence Inn made it incredibly special. They refunded our first night and gave my daughter a voucher for free ice cream. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with two bathrooms and three TVs, perfect for our family with three teenage boys. The location was convenient, close to Boise State and downtown. The shuttle service was a bonus and the staff helped arrange transportation to the airport with a friendly driver who wouldn't accept a gratuity.
