We had an incredible time at the luxury apartments in Florence. The host, Daniele, was such a pleasure and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was outstanding, with the famous attractions just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fabulous spa bath. The welcome was warm, with a glass of Prosecco, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

Our stay at Ricasoli Firenze Luxury Apartments | Una Esperienze was amazing! The location was superb, right in the center of Florence, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The apartment itself was stylish, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet in the evenings despite the bustling surroundings.

The hotel is ideally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. We loved that it was close to restaurants and attractions, and some even within walking distance. the bathroom and room were both spacious and comfortable, which allowed us to unwind and relax. the excellent service, including a helpful concierge and helpful cleaners, made us feel at home.

The shower was a bit of a letdown, we could not get the overhead shower to work, which meant that we had to rely on the shower hose. our room was a bit noisy due to our location next to a busy restaurant.

This apartment is located right in the centre of Florence, close to all the sights. It's so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about transportation. The room itself is spacious and beautifully designed with modern, clean decor. The bathroom features a luxurious jacuzzi bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing detailed recommendations for exploring the city.

There were a few minor flaws in the apartment, such as a broken USB port and a lack of kitchen equipment. These small issues detracted from an otherwise perfect stay.

the exclusive amenities provided exceeded our expectations. the private facilities available in the room were top-notch and the room advantages allowed us to relax in comfort. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and great dining options. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our every need.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the housekeeping schedule, which was every other day. this did not affect our overall experience at this hotel, as the cleanliness of the room was still maintained at a high standard.
