Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable mattresses. Convenient location, just a short walk from the Alibus stop and close to the cruise port. Well-stocked kitchen in the reception area for guest use. Helpful and friendly staff who provided useful suggestions and recommendations.

don raffaele resort was a pleasant surprise. the location near the port didn't disappoint, as the building and rooms were modern and well-maintained. the staff, especially marco, were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for sightseeing and local food. the views from the hotel, especially of castello and the port, were amazing.

Sauna in the bathroom didn't work.

I had a wonderful experience staying at a charming resort in Naples. The manager, Marco, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Despite being on a busy street, the room was well soundproofed, and the views of the castle were stunning. The location near the harbor made it easy to access the ferries. The manager also went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and providing suggestions on how to make the most of our limited time in Naples. I appreciated the availability of cakes and drinks in the lobby, especially since we had to leave early in the morning. a fantastic stay at Don Raffaele Resort.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Don Raffaele Resort provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and the view was breathtaking. The location was convenient, with all tourist attractions within walking distance. The host, Marco, was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this resort, and a special mention to Marco for being such a great host!
