The hotel was like a mystery novel - suspense at every turn! Poor cleanliness, overcharged for water, suspicious activities. It felt like living in a thriller movie. the housekeeping staff made me feel like Sherlock Holmes with their mysterious ways. If only the front office staff had a clue.

Spent Xmas at this hotel, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere created by the holiday decorations. Also loved the convenient location, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the hot showers were a welcome relief after a chilly day touring.
