We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated close to the seafront and providing easy access to Bologna airport. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service, offering room service, laundry, and shuttle services. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage and relaxing time spent in the steam room and Turkish bath. The entertainment options were also impressive, with activities such as table tennis, hiking, and cycling available. The hotel provided a delicious and diverse dining experience, with a restaurant serving special menus, packed lunches, and an option for in-room breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing great food and hospitality.

the food at the restaurant and bar was incredible, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. the facilities were excellent, and the self-catering suite I stayed in was spacious with a huge balcony. I also appreciated the secure parking in the garage, which gave me peace of mind. the large modern bathroom with a huge shower was a bonus, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the location was also convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a beach holiday or cycling program.

The location is also fantastic, just a short walk away from both the shops and the beach. The breakfast selection was comprehensive and delicious, and it was a lovely experience to enjoy it on the verandah. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch.

We had a fantastic cycling holiday at this hotel. the cycling facilities were top-notch, with secure storage and access to a mechanic if needed. the location was perfect, close to the seafront and to bars and cafes. the restaurant served amazing food with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the hotel seemed to cater more towards groups, so as solo travelers, we didn't receive as much assistance when we arrived and felt a bit out of the loop for a day or so.

Great location near the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The bike rentals were an advantage for exploring the area. The holiday decorations during Christmas were lovely and festive, really adding to the holiday spirit.

The hotel was not very accommodating during the holidays. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room we stayed in was not clean, and we found several bugs. The food was not very good and the buffet seemed to have been left out for too long. it was a disappointing experience.
