We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. the hotel itself had a stunning design and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. the staff was exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our second time staying at a Doubletree by Hilton, and once again, we were impressed with the great choice of breakfast options.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day.

The dinner menu could have been more diverse, with limited options for main courses.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had nice decor. Some toiletries were missing. Check-in staff were friendly, and there was a warm cookie. The hotel is new and housed in a heritage building. Expectations were exceeded with welcome cookies, complimentary champagne, and a room upgrade.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the town center and close to Piazza Unità d'Italia and Canal Grande. There is also a convenient parking space very near the hotel, making it easy for guests with cars. The hotel's building itself is impressive and adds to the historical flair. The rooms are well-designed and the bathrooms are lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant service experience. At breakfast, guests can enjoy a classic breakfast spread with a nice reception from the staff.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in the center of town. The room was spacious, clean, and had amazing facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even brought food to my room when room service was busy. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the floor/duty manager, Giuseppe, and Giovanni at the front desk. They truly made my stay memorable.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a blast. the staff was warm and welcoming, providing complimentary mulled wine and fruitcake to get us in the holiday spirit. the hotel's prime location allowed for easy exploration of the city's Christmas markets and festivities. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet with an array of options, including fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly professional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The parking situation was a hassle, with confusing instructions and no assistance from hotel staff. Plus, having to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to the reception was frustrating.

We had an incredible stay at Doubletree By Hilton. the historic building has been renovated to provide a comfortable and luxurious experience. the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a huge, comfortable bed. the location is perfect, right in the centre of a beautiful area. the staff, especially Natasha, were incredibly professional and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable. the cleaning service, headed by Lana, was excellent, ensuring our room was always well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location, beautiful building, and unbeatable value for money.

We had a perfect weekend at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff were super-attentive and provided excellent service. From the reception to the portier and breakfast waiters, everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was big and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. We were especially impressed with the lactose-free options available. The waiters at breakfast were efficient and kept everything clean and organized. The hotel also offered a great coffee and drinks service. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with the beautiful city just a 3-minute walk away.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
