I am a hotel snob and this place exceeded my expectations! The cleanliness was excellent, with a fresh smell upon entering. Despite finding a few cleanliness issues like long hair in the bathroom and nails under the bed, the location near Gatlinburg strip topped off by seeing a bear outside made it an incredible value.

mountain inn in gatlinburg surpassed our expectations! the staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special with rose petals and treats. they were genuinely friendly and helpful, even warning guests about bears in the parking lot. the rooms were recently updated and the hotel was conveniently located near downtown.

The rooms at Gatlinburg Mountain Inn are so cozy and comfy. I had a balcony with a gorgeous mountain view, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected. Plus, the air conditioning and flat-screen TV were great touches.

I wish there was a city view from my room, but that's just my personal preference.

The hotel offers tidy rooms and accommodating staff who change room assignments without any hassle. The location is not a far walk from all the attractions, making it a good value for tourists. Rooms are equipped with large screens, good pressure, refrigerators, and microwaves.

The hotel has a shortage of parking spaces, and the Wi-Fi signal in some buildings is poor to nonexistent.

Our room was conveniently located near the main street, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We loved having a place to sit outside and enjoy the view. The staff was accommodating and quickly resolved the issue with the weak internet. we recommend this hotel.

We had a great time in the Smoky Mountains during our city trip! the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from the park and in a nice and quiet area. We also appreciated the free parking and the coupons offered by the reception for attractions in the area. It was great to be able to save some money while enjoying our trip.

The room didn't smell great and felt a bit damp. We also found some hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom towels had stains.

As adventure travelers, we loved that Gatlinburg Mountain Inn was slightly outside the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of everything. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and offer recommendations. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and clean, beautifully laundered bedding. The hotel was extremely clean with recent renovations, and the location was perfect for exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We also appreciated the bus/trolley pick up and drop off right at the entrance of the hotel. And let's not forget the incredible mountain views! We were even treated to visits from a resident bear, adding to the adventure.

Stayed at the Mountain Inn for a volleyball tournament and Valentine's Day weekend. The location was perfect, just a short walk from attractions like Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium. The staff was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The newly renovated room had comfortable beds and provided a quiet stay. The manager was helpful and the motel was conveniently located close to downtown. We even saw bears in the parking lot!
