The rooftop terrace provided an excellent view of the city and mountains, creating a beautifully presented and clean atmosphere. The hotel's decor had an antique feel, adding to the overall sumptuous experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. One of our travelling companions had an injury, and the hotel arranged a separate car to take her to the airport at no extra charge.
