Great value for money, spacious and comfortable room with stunning views of old town Siena. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing storage for our bikes and giving us directions to the train station.

More breakfast options would make the offerings even better.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, and their excellent English made communication easy. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to explore the beautiful main piazza, dine at nearby restaurants, and easily access transportation.

Absolutely nothing.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the highlights of the city, such as Il Campo and the Duomo areas. It was surrounded by many restaurants and places to hang out, making my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were amazing - they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. The variety of options available, from cereal and toast to cheese and cold meats, was superior compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, excellent service, and convenient location.

our recent stay in siena was lovely, but this time at duomo exceeded our expectations. the helpful staff went above and beyond, parking our car, carrying our bags, and offering great dinner recommendations. the rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

We spent our Xmas holiday in a hotel near the famous Torre and the magnificent Duomo. the location was perfect for us as it was easy to find a good restaurant nearby and a great starting point for sightseeing. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine and small panettone in our room upon arrival. the breakfast was also included and offered a wide range of foods and drinks that kept us full for the day.

The parking situation was a bit tricky. We had trouble finding a space, and once we did we were unsure of the parking rules.
