I stayed at Emerald Palace for a day and it was perfect for accessing all the main attractions. The location is amazing, just a short walk from everything. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They also offer free bag storage until 1pm on the day of check out, which was very helpful. The shower in the room had a small size, but the stream and temperature were really good.

I recently stayed at the Emerald Palace Family Hostel for a short sightseeing trip. The highlight was definitely my room, #5, which was incredibly spacious with two levels, making it feel like I was sharing with just two other people. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the view from the windows, including a glimpse of the Duomo, was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. It was just a few minutes away from the main tourist places and right next to the central market. The hotel facilities were great and the staff were very helpful, taking the time to explain everything about the city and recommend the best places to eat and go out for drinks. Additionally, the hotel was clean and the transportation was easily accessible, with the central train station being really close by.

The location of the hostel was excellent, being close to the train station which was very convenient for exploring the city. it was just next to the central market, providing easy access to local produce and food options. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice shower and comfortable bed.

It would have been nice to have more choices such as fruits or bread, instead of just a muffin and yogurt.

my second stay at this hostel and once again exceeded my expectations. it has a mini-castle vibe, clean rooms, great location, and helpful staff.

Wifi was slow and unreliable.
