I recently stayed at Smy Bologna Centrale for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the central station, making it perfect for travelers like myself who needed to move around the city quickly. The modern and clean design of the hotel, especially in the rooms, was impressive. Despite being on the first floor facing the main street, the soundproofed windows ensured a peaceful stay. The breakfast provided was simple yet tasty, and the reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location near the railway station was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and embark on day trips to nearby towns. Being situated just on the outer edge of the city meant that we were able to escape the hustle and bustle, while still being within easy reach of all the major attractions. The fact that it was right on the main street made navigation a breeze.

Well located, short walk from station and city center. Nice and spacious bathrooms with great showers. Adequate free breakfast. Modern and clean look. Corridor resembles cruise ship, but rooms are modern with clean lines. Quiet rooms, even facing main street. Simple and tasty breakfast. Useful and friendly staff. Walking distance to station and city center. Minibar with free drinks and 24/7 refill. Ideally situated for exploring central Bologna on foot. Cool and quiet rooms with excellent hot water supply and nice toiletries. Small fridge, hairdryer, and TV in room.

The hotel was conveniently located near various amenities. Guests could easily access the supermarket, bus station, and Bologna Centrale railway station. Although the street may have seemed unsafe at night, it offered great convenience during the day for exploring the city and taking day trips to other cities. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities.

The staff seemed uninterested and lacked enthusiasm in their service.

Noisy road outside, couldn't sleep.

The hotel rooms had a nice design with a fresh coat of paint, and the newly furnished rooms were very cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, being near the train station and the airport bus stop. the service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were friendly and offered good quality dishes at the restaurant.

One of the major drawbacks was the breakfast experience. Unfortunately, the hot food like bacon and eggs ran out early and was not replenished.

Great location, within 10 minutes walking distance to everything. Guarded parking available in the neighborhood. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a few euros extra. The staff is amazing, especially Domenico at the reception who went above and beyond to help us with any issues. The hotel's restaurant was a wonderful surprise, with delicious food and exceptional service from Gabriele, our waiter. Highly recommended.

Felt like visiting family, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location for sightseeing, comfortable and clean room. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food and drinks. We also appreciated the helpful staff and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to many attractions.

however, the hotel's positives far outweigh its few negatives, and we had a wonderful romantic stay.
