We stayed at a hotel in Rapallo for 2 nights and had a great experience. Upon arrival, we were initially given an older room that didn't match the pictures we saw online. after requesting a renovated room, our stay improved significantly. the renovated room was clean, well-designed, and made a noticeable difference. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute's walk from the main boulevard and close to the ferry and restaurants. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel spa was amazing!

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Guests can also take a short walk to the boat for trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with amenities such as a safe, hairdryer, and fridge. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is polite and helpful, with good English language skills. The hotel also offers a restaurant with delicious and affordable food.

There are some areas that could use improvement. The decor of the rooms is dated and could benefit from a refresh.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the seafront. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, and there was a large parking lot in front, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

I had a minor disappointment with the breakfast, as the choices were limited and there weren't many healthy options, but overall it was still satisfactory.

Convenient location near the sea, train station, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-designed rooms, some recently renovated. Nice spa facilities. Secure parking available for a fee.

I had a wonderful stay at Europa Hotel Design Spa 1877. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the room and public areas was outstanding, and the central location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and constantly replenished, unlike other hotels where you have to ask for more food. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from the beach and the main promenade. You can easily take a leisurely stroll along the coast or explore the charming narrow streets nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right. The view of the sea and the castle is simply breathtaking.

Some guests have found the meals in the hotel to be a bit pricey compared to the authentic restaurants in the area.

The food was amazing and the location couldn't have been better. the bed was big and very comfortable. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do, which was awesome. We also enjoyed the view from our room of the sea.

The hotel was very run-down and seemed dirty. the bathroom was old and had a bad smell.
