I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a gelato shop next door and an Italian grocery store across the street. It was also conveniently close to Fontana di Trevi and the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The location was perfect, with a convenience store just across the street and an ATM nearby. the metro was within a short walk, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel had great amenities like free wifi and access to CPUs for email. We also loved the Illy cafe up the block, where we enjoyed delicious cappuccinos and pistachio creme filled croissants. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good restaurant recommendations and even coordinating a cost-effective transfer for us. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that had a hair dryer and a 110v option for charging our devices. the complimentary fruit and herb-infused water in the foyer were a nice touch. a wonderful experience at Exe International Palace.

I loved the upgraded one-bed suite with a private elevator and balcony - such a treat! The hotel is located near fantastic shops and landmarks, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English, which was a relief after struggling with communication in other places. The complementary room upgrade included an amazing private rooftop sitting area where we enjoyed some drinks in the sun. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast manager provided great service. The staff even provided extra linen so my sister could stay in our room. the location was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

Additionally, the hotel provided a wonderful buffet breakfast that we highly recommend.

Excellent location near tourist attractions, metro, and bus stop. Helpful and friendly staff provided packed breakfast for early excursions. Room was upgraded to a suite with a great patio and excellent bathroom. Special request for a room with a view and complimentary champagne were accommodated. Good breakfast selection.

Despite a minor issue with the heating on the first night, it was quickly resolved and we were provided an extra blanket. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

There is a supermarket across the street and an all-night mini-market around the corner. The rooms are comfortable and warm, with good selection at breakfast and a great coffee machine. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing information for sightseeing.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near shopping areas and cafes, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy our surroundings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and coordinating a timely and cost-effective transfer for us. the availability of free WiFi and access to PCs for email use was also a great convenience.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. the layout of the hotel was quite confusing, as it was spread across multiple old buildings, making it easy to get lost when trying to find our room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We were able to explore the city easily. We had a very comfortable and spacious room, with a large living space and a comfy bed. The upgrade to a suite was a lovely surprise. The staff were welcoming and check-in/check-out was efficient.

One drawback was the poor wifi connection, which was a bit frustrating as we needed it for work. Another downside was the minibar fridge not working, despite the efforts of the staff to fix it.
