Stunning lakefront location with jaw-dropping sunset views, plus a free lake view upgrade. Superb staff, especially Marcello in the restaurant bar, who were friendly and helpful. Easy access to a beautiful beach and a short stroll to the town. Excellent value for money, with free secure parking. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The breakfast had a great variety, including gluten-free options. The staff made us feel really welcome. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing time at this place! The location was excellent, right on the lakefront with a short 10-minutes walk to town. The flat path made it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings. The staff here was exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They were always super friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. We also enjoyed the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The dining experience was great, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The staff on the promenade were also a pleasant surprise, as they were just a few steps away from the boat tours.

The proximity to the town center was a huge plus, just a short walk away. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious and tidy, cleaned to perfection every day. We loved the convenience of having a quick access to the pool from our room, which we often had all to ourselves. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a peaceful and relaxing environment. The reception staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We had an incredible stay at Excelsior Bay! The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The pool was fantastic, providing ample space for sunbathing and offering beautiful views. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center and the cable car. We couldn't recommend this place enough for its incredible service, stunning pool, and convenient location.
