We had a wonderful stay at Les Chic Hotel for 5 days. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to major attractions. The staff, especially Michael, was fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The breakfast served in our room was delicious and tailored to our preferences. Despite the small quirks like the unique key system and occasional unmanned reception, we were happy and satisfied with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this convenient location in Sorrento. the train station was just one street below and the main street with restaurants and shops was only two streets away. the modern and stylish room was exactly like the picture on the website. the afternoon front desk clerk, Stefano, was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions. He and Michaela answered all our questions about bus and ferry schedules and gave great restaurant recommendations. the room was kept clean with fresh towels provided daily. the location was perfect for exploring the city and taking day trips, with transport links right opposite the apartment. the air conditioning and WiFi were also great.

The breakfast was yummy and the staff were super nice. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to the train station and the city center which made it easy to get around. We also got some nice complimentary treats during our stay which was a pleasant surprise.

the staff were not always available at reception. We had to wait for quite a while until someone was able to check us in.

The location of Les Chic was perfect, just a short walk from the main piazza and right across from the train station. The room was spacious and modern, with a secure feeling to the building. Despite a few minor issues, such as finding a few hairs in the bed and pillows with stains, the overall cleanliness was good. The guy at reception was lovely and very accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were in great condition. The location was perfect, just behind the bus and train stations, making it very convenient for us to travel around and use Sorrento as a base. We were able to easily explore the city, as the hotel was located close to Sorrento's harbor, square, and through town. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the location and even allowing us to leave our bags after check-out.
