Our recent stay at this hotel was an ultimate luxury experience, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the hotel facilities are excellent, with a well, equipped fitness room and a peaceful spa. We enjoyed a wonderful massage and a full, body treatment in the well, structured treatment rooms. the open, air swimming pool was perfect for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding alpine atmosphere. the location of the hotel is also convenient for accessing cable cars.

While the food was good, the menu offered low on quantity with little variety.

I was amazed by the cleanliness of Falkensteiner Hotel. The staff was always available, polite, and went above and beyond to assist me. The swimming pools were absolutely stunning, and the facilities, including the spa, sauna, and gym, were world-class. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop heated pool after a long day. The food at the restaurant was sublime, with a variety of delicious choices. The breakfast menu was extensive, and dinner was always a magnificent experience with a new creative menu every night. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience during my business trip. the service was outstanding and the facilities were top-notch. the gym was well-equipped, and the rooftop heated pool was just what I needed to relax after a long day of work. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh fruit and other options. the location was perfect too, with easy access to the ski area and other nearby attractions. the spa area was fantastic, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage on one of the best spa centers I have ever been.

The only downside to my stay was the limited dinner options. the food was not as tasty as I was expecting, and the portion sizes were relatively small for a hotel of this standard.
