I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was unbeatable. It was right next to the station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained with attention to detail, including the large bidet toilets, which, although occupying some space, were a unique feature. The value for money was exceptional, making this hotel a top choice for budget-conscious travelers.

The only small issue I encountered was that the room was a bit small, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. We loved the fact that they had complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the hotel's location is spot on, it's right next to the main transportation hub, which made exploring the city super easy. We were also delighted to find a convenience store and a few cafes nearby. the hotel itself is incredibly modern, with luxurious and comfortable rooms.

We did experience some elevator wait times during our stay; this could use some improvement.

Furthermore, there are convenience stores nearby for any late-night cravings, ensuring that guests have all their essentials within reach.

The staff could be more knowledgeable about public transportation options and give better recommendations, instead of just suggesting taxis for every destination.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, right next to the KTX/metro station. We were able to easily explore the city and visit attractions like the Busan Port Passenger Terminal. The bed and sheets were so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I had a pleasant stay at Ramada.
