The hotel is ideally situated in a peaceful street close to the heart of the town. the customer service at the check-in was personable and informative; they gave us ideas of activities to do in the area, like taking tour boats. the room we had was clean and beautifully furnished, making it feel like "home.

Although we enjoyed staying at this hotel, there were minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. the key system was awkward - it was difficult for two or more people in a room to leave at different times as there was only one set.
