The Fiorentini Residence in Naples is a hidden gem. The owner, Mr. Renato, and his assistant Irina, are incredibly hospitable and provide valuable touristic information. The rooms are elegantly decorated with a comfortable bed and impeccable linen and towels. The location is near major tourist sights and a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop and metro. The breakfast served in the room is delicious and the staff, particularly Natalia, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a great stay in Naples.

The room was spotlessly clean with elegant linens and big fluffy towels. the location was perfect, within walking distance to major sights and attractions. -the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The shower was extremely small, with a narrow doorway and water spraying in different directions. There was some noise from the street, although the motorized blinds helped to reduce both sound and light.

Central location-close to shopping and metro station. the room had a balcony with a nice view, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is located on a busy street, which made it very noisy at night and the walls are paper thin, so we could hear all the noise from the other rooms. the bathroom was very tiny, even for one person.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a hairdryer and iron. The breakfast, delivered to our room every morning, was a nice touch. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was great, with the famous shopping street and the bus stop for the airport just a short walk away.
