I had a great value for my money at Hotel Flora in Milan. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy to access different parts of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

More breakfast choices would have been appreciated, as there wasn't much variety available.

Temperature control in the room was a bit challenging, and the air conditioner didn't seem to work well. Some rooms lacked a good view, but not a major issue for us as we didn't spend much time in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located very near to the central station, making it a perfect choice for travelers arriving by train. The rooms are nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities, such as a big wardrobe, fridge, desk, and mirror. The bathroom is clean and comes with free cosmetics every day. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of food options to start your day.

The telephone signal and Wi-Fi connection in the hotel are weak and often break, which can be inconvenient for those who rely heavily on staying connected.

Our stay at Flora was fantastic! We were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff when we needed an early-morning taxi to the airport - they arranged it all for us. We also loved the proximity to the train station, and the hot drinks in the morning were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was complimentary and filling. the location was perfect, close to all the tourist attractions. the free shuttle service was an added bonus that we enjoyed.

The staff treated us with suspicion, as if we were doing something illegal. Every time we passed the reception, they asked us for our room number and followed us to the elevator to check it.

I stayed at Hotel Flora for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised by the compact and well-equipped single room. The bed was big enough for a tall person like me, which is unusual. The bathroom was lovely and well laid out. The breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory food, with excellent croissants. The staff, especially in the breakfast room, were friendly and efficient. The receptionist spoke the best English out of all the receptionists we encountered during our stay in Italy. The hotel also had reliable Wi-Fi.
