The hotel staff provided great service throughout my stay.

The room was in terrible condition, with cracks everywhere on the ceiling and noticeable water damage. Despite being sold out, I requested a room with a nice view for a special occasion, but instead, we were placed directly over a noisy bar. The lack of consideration for our requests and the poor room quality ruined our experience, and to top it off, the drainage in the shower was horrific.

Spacious room, cozy room, with a fridge and USB charging points for convenience and just a short walk to the nearby shopping mall and SkyTrain station for easy city exploration.

Everything was just perfect.

Fire alarm incident was chaotic, no guidance provided.

We were welcomed with warmth. the quick check-in set a positive tone for our visit. Dining in the lower area during the hockey game made for a perfect evening. Despite the noise from the pub, it didn't detract from our family experience. Pro tip, explore nearby restaurants for varied dining options!

the shower had no hot water , which was frustrating. but the room we got was spacious and clean. loved the huge tub and the free parking was a nice bonus! the nearby restaurant had a great cocktail selection 🍹.
