The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking for added convenience.

The noise from the street can be slightly bothersome at times.

The location is perfect, right along the promenade in the heart of the town, making it convenient for exploring all the major attractions like the ferries, cable car, and train station. The staff provide great service, and the rooms with balconies provide amazing views of the area. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

Exceptionally helpful young woman at reception. Cozy, comfortable rooms with lake views. Good services, friendly staff. Rich breakfast options, relaxing pool area. Clean, quiet property near Lido and ferry landing. Immaculate, modern rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant. Exceptional customer service.

The hotel is located on the lake side, offering stunning views from our room on the top floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful and hot walk-in shower in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us with any needs. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a generous selection of fresh fruit, cheese, prosciutto, and baked goods.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, making it a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions and restaurants.

Spent Xmas with the fam and two things saved our trip: proximity to cable car and island ferry and the clean room. An easy walk to the transportation hub made our daily adventures a breeze. the staff at the hotel were super friendly which was greatly appreciated.

The only sore issue for us was the lack of variety in breakfast. One type of bread, really?
