The hotel is located on the lake side, offering stunning views from our room on the top floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful and hot walk-in shower in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to answer our questions and assist us with any needs. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a generous selection of fresh fruit, cheese, prosciutto, and baked goods.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, making it a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions and restaurants.

Spent Xmas with the fam and two things saved our trip: proximity to cable car and island ferry and the clean room. An easy walk to the transportation hub made our daily adventures a breeze. the staff at the hotel were super friendly which was greatly appreciated.
