Absolutely nothing.

The location was superb, central Florence. Gracious hosts treated us like royalty. Rooms had a lift, and breakfast was delivered promptly with hot croissants, bread rolls, and homemade cake. The atmosphere was relaxed and homey, more like staying in someone's house than a dormitory. The vibe was calm and not a party house. Excellent value.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff are helpful and provide good service. The rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds and have all the necessary amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Martellini Aparthotel. the location was excellent, within easy reach of all the sights and in a quieter area. the nearby Santa Spirito and Oltrano neighborhoods offered great bars and restaurants. the hosts, Manuela, Giorgio, and Giovanni, were brilliant and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this brand-new B&B with its spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. the beds were the largest and most comfortable we experienced in Italy. the atmosphere was relaxed and homey, making us feel like we were staying in someone's house. Palazzo Martellini was the ideal place to explore Florence and we would definitely stay there again.

Delicious continental breakfast with dairy-free options and personalized coffee service. Complimentary bottle of bubbles and strawberries for a special occasion.

Location was great and easy to navigate around. the friendly staff was accommodating and provided exceptional service. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and was delicious. the rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds.

The noise from outside was unbearable and made sleeping difficult. the walls were too thin, and we could hear our neighbor's conversations.

I recently had a budget-friendly stay in a charming hostel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything. The historical Centre and the old bridge were within easy reach. The room was cozy and comfortable, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to the day. The view from the hostel was also quite impressive, offering glimpses of the bustling city below.

There was a slight inconvenience due to the limited number of bathrooms.

Our stay at Palazzo Martellini Residenza D'Epoca was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and abundant breakfast options. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bridge and the Uffizi museum. Despite being late at night, we didn't experience any noise disruptions that affected our sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location in the historic center was amazing, just a couple of minutes walk from the Pitti Palace. It was perfect to be away from all the trouble, but still have nice restaurants and bars close by. The room they gave me was extremely lovely and the interiors were tastefully decorated.
