It was definitely good value for money even without breakfast. The family-run business was a unique touch, and the cousins who run the hotel were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the shuttle bus from the airport and within easy walking distance to all water transportation. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and I highly recommend it. The room was clean, although the shower pressure could have been stronger. Nonetheless, this hotel is centrally located and a great choice for a stay in Venice. Don't forget to use the mosquito vapor to avoid bites.
