The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right in the heart of Pompeii. It was almost directly across from the side entrance to Pompeii, making it extremely convenient. it was only 50 meters away from the entrance for the Amphitheatre and a short walk from the center where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel provided a rich buffet breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The rooms were also comfortable and clean, with some even being newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile.

There were some minor issues with the hotel's internet connection.

The value for money at Forum was excellent, and our room felt like pure luxury with its comfortable bed and beautiful en suite facilities. The location was great, close to attractions and the town, and the staff treated us wonderfully, offering amazing dining recommendations.

The location of this place is just perfect for exploring the ancient ruins of Pompeii. It's conveniently situated right by one of the entrances, allowing me to beat the crowds and enjoy a peaceful visit. Additionally, it's in close proximity to great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the town.

The outside space at Forum was incredible and a complete surprise! We booked the economy room for one night on our way to the Amalfi Coast and weren't expecting much, but it was beautiful. the hotel itself was a happy surprise, with a beautiful quiet garden space all lit up at night. the food was some of the best we had during our whole two-week stay, and the breakfast had many choices and fresh options.

We stayed at Hotel Forum for three nights while exploring the ancient ruins. The location was outstanding, right outside one of the entrances. The staff was really helpful and friendly, adding to the Neapolitan charm. The included breakfast was delicious and saved us money on dining out. The room was newly remodeled with a large, pretty bathroom. We enjoyed the view of Mount Vesuvius outside our window. The hotel's courtyard with giant lemons was a lovely spot to relax. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had good wifi.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the nearby restaurants and one of the gates to the Pompeii ruins. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. the hotel had a good location near the train and a popular tourist attraction. Our room had a nice view of the garden.

The room was quite small for the price and not very clean. the bathroom was particularly disappointing with a leaky shower and dirty floors.
