Lovely people, staff really go above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is huge! Perfectly positioned in beautiful surroundings for observing the northern lights.

Our reservation was transferred to a local hotel that was unsafe, unclean, and noisy. the room window was broken and couldn't be locked.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the valley. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making me feel like a friend rather than just a guest. The room I stayed in was cozy and had its own private bathroom, which was a nice touch. And let's not forget about the breakfast - they served delicious pancakes and a selection of fresh fruits each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day!

With a 20-minute drive to the town center, it strikes a perfect balance between being remote and accessible. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with cool decorations contributing to the overall vibe. The breakfast provided is excellent, leaving guests feeling satisfied and ready for the day.

The room may be a bit on the hot side, but this can easily be resolved by using fewer sheets than provided.

We had an excellent stay at Hidden Valley! Our purpose was to see the Northern lights, and the location was wonderful. The staff, including Claire and Eva, were all wonderful hosts and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The food was excellent, with beautiful presentation and delicious flavors. The Cappuccino room was a treat, with a comfortable king-sized bed and large windows to watch for the Northern Lights. The property is also great for dog lovers. it was the perfect place to enjoy nature without sacrificing the comforts of home.

During my Christmas stay, two complementary facts were offered that I enjoyed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of nature, and the fresh air was wonderful. It was also great that I had the option of bringing my pets with me. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

My Christmas experience was not as enjoyable as I had anticipated. the accommodations were outdated, and the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival.
