We had a fabulous time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. It was also very easy to get around and explore other parts of the area. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day.

There were a few aspects that we didn't quite enjoy. some of the staff members weren't as friendly or welcoming as we had hoped.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the water bus and attractions. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about transportation and local sights. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. Despite a few minor issues, overall, I would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here, with its fantastic location right on the Grand Canal. The staff were all very friendly and gave excellent, personalized service. Our room was well-equipped with great amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. We were also delighted with the beautifully presented breakfast and the bar/lounge area. The facilities here exceeded our expectations, including the dining and 24-hour reception services.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable queen size bed. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was always replenished. We loved being able to take trays of food to our room. The location was perfect, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

We felt like royalty during our stay, there was no reason to complain.

My daughter and I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Venice for a few days. We were delighted by the central location, right next to the gondola station and close to the water bus station. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate seating area that made it feel even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the dining room were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind and unexpected upgrade to a beautiful, modern room with ample wardrobe space. our stay at Foscari Palace was fantastic, and we highly recommend it.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at this charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, situated right on the Grand Canal and close to the Gondola rides. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spacious rooms with beautiful views made us feel like we were in a movie. The fully stocked mini fridge was a convenient touch, and the delicious buffet breakfast had a fantastic selection. We also loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed a bottle of wine while taking in the mesmerizing view.

We loved the fantastic view of the Grand Canal from the terrace and our room. The hotel's location was very close to the vaporetto stop, making transportation easy. It was also within walking distance to St Marks Square and other sites. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good variety to choose from. The staff was helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.

If you're looking for a convenient base to explore Venice, this hotel is perfect. It is located right next to the vaporetto stop on the grand canal, making it easy to hop on and off the water bus. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the canal from some of its rooms, allowing you to immerse yourself in the Venetian atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There could have been better communication between staff members regarding the availability of maps for the Biennale.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The location was superb, right on the Grand Canal with gondolas right outside the door. We were able to easily walk to all the main sights and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. the staff were friendly, the service was personalized, and the facilities were top-notch.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the large and comfortable room with a great view of the water activities. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a dinner on the waterfront balcony followed by a nighttime boat ride, which provided us with a memorable and romantic experience.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. there were some maintenance issues, such as a running water problem in the toilet and a faulty hair dryer.
