I enjoyed the modern decor and cleanliness of the room during my stay. The staff was welcoming, and the strong Wi-Fi was great for my work. However, the room was smaller than anticipated, and there were some issues with temperature control. This hotel is perfect for a brief visit to Milan, especially for business travelers needing reliable internet.

Had a nice cozy room on the 4th floor, modern and spacious, made it feel like home away from home. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even stored my bags without hesitation when I checked out.

Wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it for the comfort.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, fitness center, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I recall how the staff helped me return my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast buffet! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Clean and modern rooms provided a comfortable stay, but the check-in process was chaotic and lengthy. The location was ideal—easy access to metro stations and the main train station. Staff were generally excellent and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. A bit more attention to noise insulation could elevate this stay significantly.

Woke up to the best brekkie every morning, those coffee drinks were on point! The staff were so chill and friendly, especially the chommies at breakfast who even helped with our early flight by packing a box for us. Our room had an amazing keek at the city. felt like a luxury escape!

Only downside was the check-in took a bit of time. would’ve loved to settle in quicker.

Room sizes could definitely benefit from a redesign!!! The elevator system is frustratingly ineffective, and a lack of proper labeling for emergency buttons can lead to unnecessary panic. More reliable Wi-Fi would be appreciated!!!
