Beautiful seaside location with stunning views. Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Francesco and Antonio. Spa facilities and beach club are top-notch. Fantastic food and nearby restaurants. Perfect for a leisure getaway. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The hotel location is great, close to the beach and with wonderful views. the staff is friendly and the service was outstanding, especially during the Christmas season. They offered a big Christmas tree in the hall and the Christmas dinner was fabulous, with an incredible four-course menu and live music. One more advantage is that our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

The breakfast was average, lacking options and variety. the heating in the hotel was not effective, and the room was cold at night.

Excellent staff, friendly and available. Reliable shuttle service. Knowledgeable sommelier. Beautiful suite overlooking pool and sea. Wonderful meals.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the attentive and accommodating staff made us feel like VIPs. the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of exclusive amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor swimming pool. the beach access is easily accessible and the solarium provided the perfect relaxation spot after a day in the sun. the beauty treatments we received were exceptional and left us feeling rejuvenated.

Our only minor issue was with the In-room breakfast pastries, which were packaged and slightly stale. the staff were more than happy to recommend nearby bakeries for us to try.

relais & chateaux in punta ala exceeded our expectations during our family holiday. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. from the comfortable rooms to the great transfer to the beach, everything was perfect.
