We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It was just a short walk from the hotel to the center of the old town, along a nice walkway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace. We were also impressed with the in-room safe and the complimentary toiletries provided. The hotel had excellent dining options, with a restaurant serving delicious breakfast and a poolside snack bar for a quick bite. We also enjoyed the relaxing spa and wellness center, which featured an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and even beach access. The hotel's garden area was a tranquil spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Not obvious to find.

The view from our room was extraordinary, we could see both the lake and the mountains. The hotel's wellness center was a great bonus with sauna, steam rooms, showers, and hot stone beds with an indoor pool. The location was perfect, it was just a 5-minute downhill walk to the port and other activities.

The hotel needs an upgrade, but despite that, the hotel staff was lovely and approachable. The WiFi signal was weak, it only worked in the ground floor level, not in our room.
