The staff at the reception could be more attentive and welcoming to guests.

We had a fantastic view of the mountains from our spacious and clean junior suite. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offered free parking and had a bus stop right in front. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location in a lovely village on the slopes of Sigriswil was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed stunning views from our room, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bus stop just opposite the hotel, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The service was top-notch, with the staff always smiling and willing to help. The room amenities were excellent, from the comfortable sitting area to the well-stocked kitchenette. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a wonderful Easter break in a village overlooking a beautiful lake and surrounded by stunning Alps. the complimentary thermal flask with cold milk for our baby and the meat and salad platter the chef made for us when the restaurant was closing were delightful. the room was huge and our 8yr old enjoyed his own TV and games console. the family suite also had its own balcony with a table, chairs and a lounger for us to relax in the sun and enjoy the view. the breakfast had a wide selection of food and we couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views of the Alps and the lake from the restaurant.

Our shower was broken and we had to switch rooms. Although the personnel were super friendly and accommodating, there was a continual noise that seemed to affect most of the floor, probably due to what we think was an industrial extractor fan.

Enjoyed the scenic approach and my arrival, cozy lounge bar to unwind, and the event garage for entertainment.

Who needs 24/7 reception, decent WiFi, or sun loungers anyway? Not for the overly picky or tech-savvy guests like me!

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also loved the convenient location next to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the nearby cities of Thun and Interlaken. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a charming small village and is very close to the Panorama Bridge Sigriswil, where we enjoyed stunning views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of Swiss delicacies to savor.
