During a recent 4-night stay, having a small balcony was a delightful surprise, enhancing the room's amenities. The staff exceeded expectations with their attentiveness. one even helped with a minor emergency in the middle of the night, which was reassuring. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to major attractions, making it easy to explore. However, the room's size felt slightly cramped, and there was limited storage space available for luggage.

Would recommend for a brief visit

Clean room, friendly staff, exceptional service, with a lovely breakfast that helped start our days right while being just a 500-meter walk to the Barberini metro station, making city exploration convenient.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but the shower, oh my goodness, leaked all over the floor, absolutely astonishing for a ‘3-star hotel’. not to mention the absolute headache of the fridge that didn’t refrigerate anything! a small upgrade would have been lovely, if only they could’ve bothered to acknowledge my presence, ugh.

Difficult check-in process due to poor signage!!! Outdated room furnishings with minimal storage and basic decor!!! Temperature control struggles and leaky shower design can lead to discomfort!!! Limited amenities for refreshment like no ice available!!!

I loved how our hotel was located on a quiet street yet still within walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. The rooms were modern and had comfortable beds, making our family stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the experience.

The only drawback was the limited storage in the rooms.

The staff was sempre helpful and offered hot water for tea anytime. The key system feels outdated and is inconvenient for guests.

Had a proper boss time, the staff were dead sound, always ready to help! Room was small but clean, and the shower had mint water pressure. Bit of a trek to the metro, though. Would've loved a coffee machine in the room!

We loved staying here with our two grown kids! The location was perfect for exploring Rome, only a short stroll to major sights. The staff was super helpful when we needed directions and tips for concerts and exhibitions around the city.

My wife says that a coffee machine in the room would be great for mornings.

The comfortable room was just a 10-minute walk to iconic spots. Helpful staff made navigating nearby excellent cafes a breeze! Clean bathrooms and reliable air conditioning were much appreciated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. the location was superb, very central considering the size of Rome. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured the room was clean.

The noise from the street could be bothersome at times, and it would be great to have more variety in breakfast options.

Located in a charming area close to restaurants and transportation, this hotel is a great value for couples. The charming staff made my stay memorable, always ready to help. Just a note, the room could use a small table for snacks, and some furnishings appeared a bit dated.
