hotel spagna is super close to the train station and main sights, which is really convenient for exploring florence. the staff were super friendly and helped me with my luggage, which was awesome. my room was clean and tidy. The shower was really nice with a rainfall feature. even tho there was no elevator, the staff made sure to assist me. overall, great vibes and location!

Request a room away from the main road to avoid noise disturbances, and make sure to inspect the air conditioning prior to settling in.

i had high expectations, but the aircon was a joke—28 degrees all night, seriously? also, the shower drain was a nightmare, water everywhere. absolutely, no one offered me any sort of complimentary upgrade or service during my stay. I almost gave a better review, but the chaotic experience made it impossible.

Superb location—just a quick stroll to both the train station & the Duomo! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, helping with my luggage. Clean room and warm ambiance made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed in a cozy Triple Room for 2 nights. The air conditioning was perfect, but I struggled with the lack of a working TV. Overall, I’d definitely come back!
