Fresh juice for breakfast, friendly receptionists, beautiful bike ride to Arco, comfy room, excellent facilities.

Great views from the rooms and a lot of facilities for sports lovers. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well maintained. Also, the quality of the breakfast was great, with a lot of options for all sorts of tastes. Additionally, the hotel has a convenient location that allows you to walk to the closest restaurant or bar.

There were some issues that were not resolved during our stay. Firstly, the wi-fi connection in the rooms was barely usable and the TV channels were limited. Secondly, there was a lack of communication from the staff, making it hard to get any extra information or requests. Finally, there was little variety in the food available, especially for lunch, which made dining at the hotel uninviting.

Good breakfast with many choices. Activities include pools, saunas, fitness, and ping pong. Accommodating and nice staff. Vegetable juice machine and water classes were enjoyable. Reception girls and aqua class instructor were lovely. Excellent fitness and wellness area. Trilingual reception. Immaculately clean pools with plenty of sunbeds. Gym with weights. Top-quality breakfast with fresh fruit and juices. Helpful and friendly staff. Bikes available for hire.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The receptionists were incredibly kind and provided us with valuable information about nearby attractions and activities, such as a beautiful bike ride to Arco. We loved the option of having fresh juice for breakfast, with a variety of fruits and veggies to choose from. The hotel also offers a juicer for guests to use. The room was really comfortable, and we appreciated the spa bag with bathrobes and pool towels. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and fitness center, were top-notch.
