This hotel in Ortisei was a fantastic find for our vacation. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to both the center and the two gondolas, making it easy for us to explore the area. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a small kitchen, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals. great value for money!

The hotel's location is perfect for adventure travelers like us. It's just a short stroll away from the center, where we found two gondolas that took us straight to the fantastic hiking trails. The room we stayed in was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed after its recent renovation. We were impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by the family who runs the hotel. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the spa facilities were a much-needed treat after a day of hiking.

We did encounter one minor inconvenience during our stay, as the signage for the valley walk was lacking and we had to rely on our own GPS app.

Spent Easter at a hotel recently renovated, with friendly hosts who went out of their way to make our stay special. the breakfast was fresh with an extensive continental variety of options, including fresh carrot ginger juice and eggs/omelettes on request. the hotel’s outdoor hot spa bath was a treat, and its spacious and vibrant garden was the perfect place to relax.

It was a little challenging to get to the nearby gondolas in the city, but the hotel provided a shuttle that reduced the inconvenience.

They even brought our suitcases to the bus station when we were running late! The breakfast spread was delicious and the spa facilities were impressive. we highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and great location.
